We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite with a focus on Guided Sourcing. The role involves end-to-end sourcing process design, implementation, and integration with SAP ERP/S4 HANA systems to streamline procurement operations.

Implement and support SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing solutions across projects.

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of sourcing processes (RFx, Auctions, Supplier Management).

Support end-to-end Sourcing projects including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

Ensure smooth integration with ERP systems (SAP ECC / S4 HANA).

Conduct workshops, prepare functional documents, and deliver user training.

4+ years of experience in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite , with at least 2+ years in Guided Sourcing .

~ Strong knowledge of Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance modules.

~ Hands-on experience with configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions) , and workflows in Guided Sourcing.

~ Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and integration points.

~ Experience in working with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration .

~ Certification in SAP Ariba (Sourcing/Procurement) is an added advantage.

Previous experience in global implementation/rollout projects.
