Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers to drive successful campaigns for our clients. This role requires someone who understands the influencer landscape, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influencer Sourcing & Collaboration:
  • Identify, vet, and onboard influencers in line with campaign goals and brand requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential influencers across social media platforms, focusing on lifestyle, fashion, travel, and other key categories.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Coordinate and execute influencer campaigns, from planning and briefing to execution and analysis.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the client's expectations.
  • Monitor influencer activities, content quality, and engagement, ensuring alignment with campaign guidelines.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, fostering a community that is loyal to Zapplr and our clients.
  • Act as a point of contact for influencers throughout campaign lifecycles, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • Track campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach, impressions, and ROI.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports, analyzing key performance indicators and suggesting areas for improvement.
  • Content Development:
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging campaign content ideas.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, emerging influencers, and changes in social media algorithms.
  • Provide recommendations based on market insights to continuously refine and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creative and resourceful with an eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
