Position: Marketing Director at ViralKraft


ViralKraft is an innovative marketing agency specializing in crafting tailored, data-driven strategies for dental and healthcare practices. We pride ourselves on helping clients grow their online presence, boost patient engagement, and drive ROI through customized digital marketing efforts. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives and drive impactful growth.


Position Summary:

As the Marketing Director at ViralKraft, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that propel the growth of our clients in the healthcare industry. Your expertise will help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client retention. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven insights.


Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with both ViralKraft’s and our clients’ business goals.

• Campaign Leadership: Manage a team of marketing professionals to develop, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, and email marketing.

• Analytics & Optimization: Use data analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum lead generation and ROI.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, design, and operational teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and seamless execution.

• Content and Creative Direction: Oversee the creation of engaging digital and print marketing materials, including ads, blogs, landing pages, videos, and trade show materials.

• Brand Positioning & Growth: Drive market penetration through strategic marketing and positioning of ViralKraft’s services, ensuring that clients experience real growth and measurable results.


Qualifications:


• MBA in Marketing from a reputed institution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, Ahrefs, GMB Radar, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaigns, Bing Ads, Agency Handling, Website Management etc

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
