This role is responsible for
- Training needs identification and analysis based on organisation needs and industry trend
- Designing and developing training program/ modules/ curriculum/ training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules
- Implementation and delivery of training sessions, and workshops, both in-person and virtually, ensuring high levels of participant engagement and knowledge retention
- Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness and learning evaluation, training tracking and training metrics analysis to measure effectiveness
- Measuring training effectiveness and develop subsequent plan of action
- Planning and executing the monthly, quarterly and annual Training Calendar
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and vendor relationships, to ensure seamless execution of training initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to training leads, ensuring consistency and quality in training delivery to drive business requirements
- Effective communication, strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Stakeholder management
- Technical know-how: PowerPoint, basic excel analytics, proficient in training technology and learning management systems (LMS), virtual training exp., (MS Teams/ Zoom), tech savvy
- Single point of contact for all behavioural needs-based training programs across the Region
- Managerial and leadership capability development
- Development of critical talent as per business plan
- MIS Generation
- Achieve budgeted man-days of training as per plan
- Achieve budgeted training opex as per business plan
