Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Craft messaging for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistency across platforms.

2. Content Management:

  • Oversee content creation for newsletters, websites, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure content resonates with target audiences while reflecting the organization & values.

3. Brand Management:

  • Maintain and enhance the organization's brand image through effective campaigns.
  • Monitor and manage media coverage, ensuring favorable representation.

4. Email and Whatsapp Marketing:

  • Ensuring the effective implementation of email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage current and prospective audiences.
  • Finalise targeted content for newsletters, promotional updates, and event notifications.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize engagement.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, within and outside the organization.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and networking events.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, customer relationship management team, admissions teams, departments, and digital marketing team to align partnerships with the company’s strategic vision, driving business growth and innovation.

6. Talent Development & Team Management

  • Develop measurable KPIs to track and assess the success of alliance initiatives, ensuring value creation through each partnership.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the communications and alliances teams, promoting a culture of high performance, innovation, and accountability

brand’s reputation in challenging situations.

Linguistic Prowess in English is required – Vernacular proficiency is an added advantage


Qualifications & Experience

  • A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field; a Master's degree is an added advantage.
  • Over 10 years of proven experience in marketing communications or related role, demonstrating a deep understanding of the field.
  • Strong command of marketing principles with a proven ability to integrate communication strategies into broader business objectives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in utilizing a wide range of communication tools and platforms to drive engagement and visibility.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams while fostering creativity and innovation.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in crisis management, with a calm, diplomatic approach to handling sensitive matters with discretion.
  • A strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach, focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
