Lead Solutions Architect

Your Role- Lead solutioning from deal qualification to contract signature- Develop end-to-end solutions (Transformation, Transition, Run)- Manage internal stakeholders and ensure visibility of solution metrics- Support Sales Lead in early solution shaping and costing- Design and document solution artifacts aligned with global processes- Analyze client requirements and ensure complete solution coverage- Provide competitive insights and help shape winning strategies- Collaborate with Deal Analyst for pricing and cost structures- Review and contribute to contract schedules, SoW, SLAsYour Profile- 12 to 18 years in IT Infrastructure Solution Architecture and PresalesExposure to:- Service Desk- Workplace Services- Data Center- Network (Voice & Data)- Security- Cross-functional servicesWhat you'll love about working here- You can shape your career with us.
