Responsibilities:Business Requirements Elicitation and Critical Analysis –Functional expert, with strong knowledge of end-end business process on Calypso ApplicationLiaise with all related Business and Support Unit stakeholders, including Product Owner, to analyse and challenge business requirementsAnimate workshops with business users to refine or clarify business requirementsLeading to functional specifications and detailed user storiesSuggest better ways of working and delivering the tasks assigned.Present domain related topics in relevant forums and discussions.To help in implementing project/applications/services architecture and propose modifications.To identify pain points and highlight the same along with some high-level solution proposal.Research to determine if solutions currently exist within calypso or required customization.Strengthen functional testing strategy definition and activities.Contribute to Product functional improvement with metrics on business usage.Validate the effectiveness and coverage of test strategy.Propose new ways of testing in line with evolving market standards/practices in QA area.Profile Required5 to 9 years hands on experience as a Business Analyst in Calypso ApplicationGood exposure on Calypso Backoffice function, Message setup, workflows, settlement (SWIFTS), Accounting, Settlement instruction, BO Positions & customization around CalypsoProduct Knowledge on capital markets as Securities including corporate actions, Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Listed and OTC DerivativesAble to trouble shoot & out of box thinking for the solutioning & designing.Ownership attitude & good influencing skill is expected.Highly motivated, good communication, ability to follow the open point till the closure is expected.Hands on writing sql for analysis & good to have Unix commands understanding & basic shell scripts.Agile environment exposure preferred.Must have strong analytical skills and good communication.
