Job Description :

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who will lead the design of our web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly, and visually engaging experience. This role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from home while leading the design process from initial research and concept development to final implementation. As a Senior Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to create digital experiences that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring that user experiences are intuitive, engaging, and meet business goals.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Create and maintain UI design systems that ensure design consistency across multiple platforms and products.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure that designs are accurately implemented and align with functional specifications.
• Advocate for the user experience in all stages of product development, from ideation to launch.
• Continuously refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices, design principles, and technical skills.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that our designs remain innovative and competitive.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and remote-first work culture.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to solve complex design problems.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and designing for interactive interfaces.
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively collaborate with developers.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions effectively.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote work environment.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams is a plus.
