CSR and Social Impact Fundraising Executive

We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our fundraising and donor outreach initiatives. The role involves connecting with individuals, corporates, and CSR departments to generate donations and partnerships that sustain and expand our impact. Join the movement of financial feminism. Timings: 10 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday & 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday #Compensation: Fixed monthly salary (based on experience) Develop and execute annual fundraising and CSR strategies. Identify and secure CSR, HNI, corporate, and institutional funding. Map CSR trends and funding opportunities; ensure compliance with CSR guidelines. Represent the organization at CSR forums, events, and award platforms. Proactively strengthen NGO's brand visibility through meaningful campaigns, collaborations and advocacy. Maintain CRM/database of donor leads, track progress, and report weekly. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Development Studies or a related field) is required. Minimum 2 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development (NGO experience preferred). Strong grasp of CSR landscape, sustainability frameworks, and donor reporting norms. Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Hindi. Strong networking, presentation, and follow-up skills. communication, storytelling, and proposal writing. Relationship management, networking, and negotiation skills.
