What you’ll do?

  • Accounts Payable Management
  • Invoice Processing
  • Vendor Management
  • Accounting & General Ledger
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Problem Solving & Quick Learning
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, providing clear updates on payable processes, outstanding invoices, and any discrepancies.
  • Address vendor queries and internal concerns with a customer-oriented approach.

What you’ll need?

  • Advanced Excel Proficiency
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage large volumes of data, prepare financial reports, perform reconciliations, and generate insights for decision-making.
  • Create and maintain complex spreadsheets for tracking invoice status, payments, and vendor performance.
