Accreditation & Quality InitiativesContribute actively to  NAAC/NBA accreditation processes , including data compilation, documentation, and continuous improvement planning.Participate in internal academic audits and quality benchmarking exercises.Support implementation of  Outcome-Based Education (OBE)  and  AICTE/UGC compliance .4. Institutional Contribution & EventsLead or contribute to management events, conferences, seminars, and student fests as per the institute calendar.Support departmental planning, student engagement initiatives, and co-curricular development.Represent the department in academic committees, strategic discussions, and institutional decision-making forums.5. Academic Leadership & AdministrationProvide leadership to junior faculty members through mentorship and academic guidance.Take up administrative responsibilities such as Program Coordinator, Academic Advisor, or Committee Head when required.Promote a culture of discipline, academic integrity, and continuous learning within the department.
