As a Data Scient ist specializing in Generative AI and NLP, you will be at the forefront of AI innovation.

Your role will involve designing and deploying sophisticated models, including large language models (LLMs), to solve complex business problems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable, data-driven solutions that bring AI-driven creativity and intelligence to life across various industri es.

Key Responsibili t ies: Generative AI & NLP Develop ment: Design, develop, and deploy advanced applications and solutions us ing Generative AI mo dels (e.g., GPT, LLa MA, Mistral) and NLP algorithms to solve business challenges and unlock new opportunities for our clie nts.

Model Customization & Fine-Tu ning: Apply state-of-the-art techniques l ike Lo RA, PEFT, and fine-tuning of large language models to adapt solutions to specific use cases, ensuring high relevance and imp act.

Innovative Problem Sol ving: Leverage advanced AI methodologies to tackle real-world business problems, providing creative and scalable AI-powered solutions that drive measurable resu lts.

Data-Driven Insi ghts: Conduct deep analysis of large datasets, uncovering insights and trends that guide decision-making, improve operational efficiencies, and fuel innovat ion.

Cross-Functional Collabora tion: Work closely with Consulting, Engineering, and other teams to integrate AI solutions into broader business strategies, ensuring the seamless deployment of AI-powered applicati ons.

Client Engage ment: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs, provide tailored AI solutions, and educate them on the potential of Generative AI to drive business transformat ion.

What You’ll B r ing: Generative AI & NLP Expe rtise: Extensive experience in developing and deplo ying Generative AI applica tions and NLP frame works, with hands-on knowledg e of LLM fine-t un ing, model customiz ation, and AI-powered autom a tion.

Hands-On Data Science Exper ience: 6+ years of experience in data science, with a proven ability to build and operationalize machine learning and NLP models in real-world environm ents.

AI Innov ation: Deep knowledge of the latest development s in Generati ve AI an d NLP, with a passion for experimenting with cutting-edge research and incorporating it into practical solut ions.

Problem-Solving Mi ndset: Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach to applying data science techniques to complex business prob lems.

Communication S kills: Exceptional ability to translate technical AI concepts into business insights and recommendations for non-technical stakehol ders.
