The role is responsible for meeting financial targets and recruiting SLAs and may require on-site presence. The Program Manager leads a team that can include Recruiters, Recruiting Logistics Specialists, Sourcing Specialists, and Associate Recruiters involved in candidate screening, scheduling, and post-offer administration. Provide expertise in technical and technology hiring across multiple talent pools. Audit team performance, ensuring adherence to metrics, processes, and regulatory requirements. Oversee efforts to attract, screen, and place diverse talent pools, including university graduates, military talent, referrals, alumni, silver medalists, contractors, and other contingent workers. Manage the selection, onboarding, and optimization of recruitment suppliers to support the overall sourcing and talent strategy. Bachelor’s degree. ~12–17 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition, including proactive/passive sourcing. ~ Experience in corporate recruiting, RPO, or agency/executive search is a plus. Ability to identify and attract talent through networking and creative sourcing methods. Experience and success managing to metrics in the recruiting environment. Experience working in LEAN operating culture.
