Bolt.Earth is India’s largest EV charging network with 35K+ charging points across 1,500+ cities in India, serving 185K+ active EV users. Operating as a peer-to-peer, distributed charging network, Bolt.Earth caters to 2, 3, & 4W-EVs, accommodating both standard and fast charging requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the content and social media team to understand video requirements and execute them based on scripts and creative concepts.
  • Film, edit, and produce short-form video content for Social Media, ensuring each video is engaging, creative, and brand-aligned.
  • Maintain consistency in video quality, including lighting, sound, and overall visual appeal.
  • Use creative storytelling techniques to enhance the visual and narrative impact of each video.
  • Stay updated with Social Media algorithms and trends to ensure content is optimized for the platform.
  • Ensure timely delivery of content according to deadlines.
  • Adapt to quick changes in the creative direction or script revisions as needed.
  • Implement basic animation, transitions, and text overlays to enhance video engagement.
  • Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring everything is in good working condition for filming.
  • Assist in brainstorming and developing new video concepts that resonate with our target audience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor & Motion Graphics, particularly in creating content for Social Media platforms.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and its specific requirements, including vertical video formats and audience engagement.
  • Ability to work with pre-defined scripts and concepts while also bringing creative input to the table.
  • Familiarity with lighting setups, sound design, and video production techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality content.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Creativity, innovation, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • knowledge of motion graphics and animation


Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree or certification in Film, Media Studies, Communication, or related fields.
  • Experience in social media content creation.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous videography work, especially for social media platforms.
