Job Summary/ Job Opportunity :

Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to design technical solutions, lead technology delivery process and build the technical blueprint.
The individual will play an essential role in implementation of these projects from the prospect of our insurance domain.
Major responsibilities include providing application and systems architecture expertise, building future-ready enterprise architecture roadmaps, and ensuring superior business continuity.
Designing and developing software applications and collaborating on application design with stakeholders and app-development teams to implement application development.
Providing recommendations related to customer's business process management integration vision.
Discovering, analysing, and documenting the architectural aspects and scope requirements to apply to solutions.
Utilising technology to drive effective and innovative solution designs.
Produce architecture content, transition, and govern the realization of architectures.
Identifying project issues with technical dependencies and providing solutions through multiple software interaction.
Guide the team with architectural considerations and standards by identifying trade-offs and decision making.
Demonstrating value to the team, taking responsibility for a project's overall implementation, and developing high-level solutions in relation to client objectives.
Preparing documentation and paperwork as per prescribed guidelines or compliance requirements.
Contributing to the organisational values by actively engaging in the larger learning and development process.
Driving concise, structured, and effective communication with peers and clients.

Expert understanding of Architecture Development Methodology.

Strong understanding and experience on Azure around Migration, Paa S, and native development, well architected Framework, Azure SQL

Dev Ops /Azure Dev Ops – Branching Strategies

Understanding of one RPA Platform like UI Path or Power Automate
Ability to present in the Customer ARB
Previous experience with AI/ML and Python.
Good logic building skills to draw logical insights.
Professional writing, networking, and communication style with the ability to formulate emails, presentations, and documents.
Competent to work in an active and diverse environment.
Embodies an exceptional problem-solving aptitude.
Knowledge of any one or two TOGAF or Zachman frameworks.
Qualification and Experience
Minimum 12-14 years of demonstrable experience as Technical Architect or alike.
Recognizable domain knowledge wherein the individual has awareness of insurance concepts, products, jargons within the basic and regulatory frameworks.
Previous experience working in the insurance industry.
