We are seeking an experienced Open Text SME to provide technical leadership, strategic guidance, and hands-on expertise in managing and implementing Open Text-based solutions (such as Open Text B2 B, Trading Grid, VIM, Content Server, or Exstream). The SME will play a critical role in designing, integrating, and optimizing Open Text platforms in alignment with enterprise architecture and business requirements.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:1. Technical Expertise• Serve as the go-to expert for Open Text solutions including (but not limited to): Open Text B2 B Managed Services, Trading Grid, VIM (Vendor Invoice Management), Content Suite, Info Archive, and Exstream.• Evaluate existing EDI/B2 B architecture and propose optimization/migration strategies.• Configure, deploy, and support Open Text components and connectors.• Provide in-depth troubleshooting for Open Text-related issues, including performance, integrations, and data flows.2. Solution Design & Integration• Design scalable and maintainable Open Text solutions aligned with business needs.• Integrate Open Text systems with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.• Define best practices for document management, metadata modeling, workflows, and records retention.3. Migration & Transformation• Lead or support migration projects (e.g., from legacy systems to Open Text or from Open Text to Mule Soft).• Perform data mapping, transformation, and testing for partner onboarding or content migration.• Assist in defining transformation strategies from Open Text to cloud-native or API-led integration platforms.4. Stakeholder & Project Support• Collaborate with business analysts, enterprise architects, and other SMEs to gather requirements.• Provide project estimations, timelines, and documentation.• Conduct training and knowledge
