- Drive thought leadership initiatives and build brand credibility as a pioneering force in the BFSI space.
- Define and execute strategies to differentiate the company’s offerings from competitors, positioning the brand as the first choice in its category.
- Performance Marketing:
- Spearhead performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and other digital channels to drive measurable business results.
- Develop and execute data-driven campaigns focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies for optimal results and ROI.
- Campaign Execution & Management:
- Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and performance-based channels.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Track and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Data Analytics & Insights:
- Use advanced analytics tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, and WebEngage to measure marketing performance and drive insights.
- Deliver regular performance reports and strategic insights to senior management.
- Leverage customer data to improve targeting, segmentation, and engagement strategies.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure a consistent brand message across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Develop creative marketing content that aligns with the company’s mission and resonates with target audiences.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
- MBA in Marketing (Preferred)
- Experience:
- 12-15 years of experience in marketing, specifically within the BFSI sector.
- At least 5 years of experience managing and leading a team of 5+ members.
- Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing , including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and other digital channels.
- Proven track record in category creation and thought leadership within the BFSI space.
- Skills:
- Expertise in marketing automation and analytics tools such as CleverTap , MoEngage , and WebEngage .
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and performance metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Additional Competencies:
- Proven track record in driving customer acquisition and retention strategies in the BFSI sector.
- Ability to manage budgets and marketing spend efficiently.
