The role is on-site and based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications using React Native.What you’ll doBuild new features and polish existing ones in React Native (TypeScript) for Android & iOS.Translate Figma/UX specs into pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces with smooth interactions/animations.Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs; handle auth, error states, and offline/low-network scenarios.Maintain app performance (time-to-interactive, bundle size, FPS, memory), instrument monitoring and crash reporting.Write unit/integration/E2E tests (Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox); keep CI pipelines healthy.Own releases to Play Store/App Store, including versioning, signing, and changelogs.Review code, improve standards, and document architecture and decisions.Must-haves3+ years of hands-on React Native app development with at least one production app shipped and maintained.Strong TypeScript and React patterns (hooks, context), state management (Redux/Zustand/Recoil), and navigation.Solid grasp of mobile UI/UX principles, responsive layouts, and accessibility.API integration (REST/GraphQL), local storage/SQLite, push notifications, deep links.Performance debugging and tooling familiarity (Flipper, Hermes, profiling).Git, code reviews, and CI/CD exposure (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane).Clear communication and product-thinking mindset.Nice-to-havesNative Android/iOS experience (Kotlin/Swift) or RN native module bridging.Animations with Reanimated/Skia, Lottie; maps, payments (Razorpay/Stripe), analytics (Firebase), A/B experiments.App security basics (secure storage, obfuscation, runtime protections) and store-guideline know-how.Startup/product company experience owning features end-to-end.Company DescriptionStocky Pro combines an intuitive interface with advanced tools to help businesses manage support, assets, workspaces, and devices efficiently.
