· Discuss with CXO & CXO Senior Advisor the high level expectations from the CXO Job Search

o Specifically the proposition & expertise the CXO is keen to highlight through her/his C.V

· Distil the specific changes that is to be done to the C.V

· Redesigning a revised C.V which will serve as a key ingredient to a successful CXO Job Search

· Facilitate discussions with the CXO & CXO Advisor for the sign off of the redesigned C.V

Linkedin Profile Optimization (for Recruiters)

· Based on the redesigned C.V , take up Linkedin Profile optimization to make the profile more suitable for the recruiters for active consideration

· Specifically suggest changes to the following sections of Linkedin Profile

o Title

o About

o Experience

o Profile who has the following experiences

§ Overall 10 yrs plus experience in corporate

§ Currently only freelancing

§ Have experience in any of the following

· HR generalist who has credible experience working in leadership capability building for enterprises

· Consulting experience engaging CXOs

· Content specialist who have delivered content in domain like Leadership, Digital Transformation, Strategy etc
