About the RoleWe are a deep-tech health startup based out of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, with a remote-friendly culture, building a digital health platform that will power hospitals, doctors, patients, labs, pharmacies, and IoT devices under one ecosystem. The platform will include Hospital Management Software, mobile apps, AI-driven insights, and real-time wearable/device data integration — all aligned with national health standards (ABDM, FHIR, DPDP Act).As a backend developer, you will be part of the core team building scalable APIs and microservices that enable this end-to-end healthcare experience. This is a chance to work on real-world challenges at scale and grow with the product from the ground up.Responsibilities• Develop backend microservices for hospital workflows, patient records, lab integrations, pharmacy, and billing.• Build and optimize REST/GraphQL APIs for mobile apps and hospital dashboards.• Work with databases and object storage to manage large-scale health data.• Implement FHIR-based data exchange for interoperability with national health APIs.• Ensure security, consent, and compliance in every data flow.• Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers to deliver role-based applications.• Participate in training, code reviews, and deployment cycles.What We’re Looking For• Enthusiasts with strong fundamentals in coding, computer science, databases, and API integration.• Familiarity with Node.js / Python.• Ability to think independently, learn quickly, and solve problems with minimal supervision.• Excited to work on multiple modules rather than a single application.• Open to 2 months of structured training before taking on live projects.Engagement Terms• Initial 2-month training, followed by a 6-month renewable contract.• Compensation will be structured competitively.Why Join Us• Work on cutting-edge healthcare technologies: FHIR, IoT device integration, AI-driven insights.• Build apps and hospital systems from scratch, not legacy code.• Shape a national-scale health platform with real-world impact.• Exponential growth potential with equity opportunities for long-term contributors.How to ApplySend your resume to with the subject line: Application – Backend Developer.
