Job Title: Workday HCM Functional Consultant
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5 - 12 Years
Job Descriptions:
3+ years of relevant experience with Absence Implementation hands-on.
Experience with issue tracking, ticketing systems, source control, and revision systems.
Ability to understand and work with large, complex systems.
Experience writing test cases for new and existing code to ensure compatibility and stability.
Ability to develop positive working relationships and a strong rapport with team members.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Passionate about knowledge sharing.
Ability to provide detailed information as well as summaries to peers and supervisors.
A background in Workday Functional certification is highly desirable, along with a deep understanding of Workday's Absence module.
Demonstrated expertise in Workday, including comprehensive knowledge of its HCM.
