Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to lead validation testing and automation for UI and Windows applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automation frameworks, scripting languages, and Agile methodologies, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform software validation testing, including functional, integration, and usability testing.
  • Design and execute manual and automated test cases for UI and Windows applications.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts using Python, Robot Framework, C#, and Selenium.
  • Gain exposure to Appium and API automation.
  • Conduct test script design, automation scripting, and manage code version control.
  • Ensure testing aligns with the Agile delivery model.
  • Track and document defects, perform root cause analysis, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Apply knowledge of operating system architecture, computer hardware, and peripherals for validation processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum Engineering degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of software validation test experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in software development or test automation.
  • Proficient in Python, Robot Framework, C#, and Selenium.
  • Exposure to Appium and APIs for automation.
  • Experience in UI and Windows applications automation and related frameworks.
  • Expertise in manual testing, including test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery models and software development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with operating system architecture and hardware components.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Appium for mobile application testing.
  • Familiarity with usability testing tools and methodologies.
