Job Role: Senior PCB Layout Design Engineer
Location: Thane (work from office)
Who are we looking for:
Ajna Lens is looking for a Sr. PCB Layout Design Engineer to join our Electronics R&D team at Thane (Maharashtra-India).
The position seeks highly-motivated individuals who enjoy working in a highly dynamic team environment. The successful candidate is able to demonstrate a broad skill set based on experience. We're looking for people who are intrinsically driven to solve hard problems with stunningly simple solutions, move fast, and are highly adaptive.
Top 3 Daily Tasks:
Design Multi-layer PCB layout by considering all the MCU, MPU & interfaces design rule considerations to maintain the signal & power integrity & DFM.
Test and evaluate new designs to ensure compliance with Electronics specification requirements & prepare validation reports.
Document Design, BOM, Gerber file and manufacturing support.
Minimum work experience is required:
5+ years of work experience
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering.
Top 5 Skills you should possess:
Proficient in complex and multi-Layer & Flex PCB Design up to 12 L (preferably in Or CAD Allegro PCB Editor tool)
Proficient in analog and digital circuits, mixed signal board designs, impedance matching.
Hands on Experience with PCB Footprint and Schematics Symbols for Library creation and maintenance.
Experience in High End Processor based Mother Board Design, DDRx memory interfaces, Ethernet interfaces, Video and Audio, Camera, display interfaces such as USB 3.0, MIPI CSI-2, MIPI DSI-2, LPDDR3 /LPDD4/LPDDR5, PCIe, Flash & e MMC etc.
Hands on experience in handling electronic test equipment, Oscilloscope, Power Supply, Functional generator, Logic analyzer, signal generator, spectrum analyzer & excellent hardware debugging/troubleshooting skill.
What would you be expected to do:
Strive for data-driven decisions that are well understood and communicated throughout the team
Strives in fast paced environment, adapts quickly to new requirements
Generate and review manufacturing files like Gerber files, BOM, and other documentation required for PCB fabrication and assembly.
Development in new technologies AR/VR/MR products.
