Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Relationship Management:
Actively identify and approach potential customers in the home and living industry.
Develop long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, interior designers, architects, and corporate clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend the best products from our range to suit their requirements.
Provide personalized consultations to clients regarding product selection, pricing, and customization.
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Marketing & Brand Promotion:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that align with the brand’s image.
Monitor competitors’ products and activities to ensure Daamaira maintains a competitive edge.
Organize and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our products.
Build brand awareness through social media, digital marketing, and offline marketing initiatives.
Customer Service:
Offer top-tier customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
Assist in handling customer complaints and work towards solutions to maintain a positive brand image.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the home decor, interior design, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
Experience in B2B and B2C sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
Ability to build relationships and maintain a professional network.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional personality.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategies.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
