We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance & Accounting professional to join our team. This is a critical role in leading and overseeing key finance processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Order-to-Cash (O2C). This leadership position requires an individual who can drive process improvements, ensure operational excellence, and provide strategic financial insights to the executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic management of the procure-to-pay process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and effective vendor relationships.
Oversee invoice processing, payment cycles, and the reconciliation of vendor accounts.
Collaborate with procurement and operational teams to enhance supplier management and optimize the payment process.
Ensure the implementation and adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and best practices.
Direct the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Provide oversight on financial statement preparation and ensure compliance with US GAAP.
Lead the review of journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules.
Oversee the management of internal and external audits, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of audit requests.
Provide strategic financial insights to senior management based on the review of financial data.
Drive the strategic management of the order-to-cash cycle, focusing on improving cash flow and accelerating collections.
Lead the billing, invoicing, and credit management functions, ensuring timely and accurate customer invoicing.
Collaborate with sales, customer service, and legal teams to resolve billing disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement credit control policies and strategies to minimize risk and maximize cash recovery.
Analyze and manage Accounts Receivable aging, ensuring effective collection and resolution of outstanding balances.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 18+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity overseeing P2P, R2R, and O2C functions.
Proven experience in financial reporting, managing financial close processes, and driving improvements in key financial operations.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial accounting standards; experience with global finance operations is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in financial systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), with strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Experience in leading teams, with a proven ability to mentor, develop, and manage a high-performing finance team.
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross- functionally with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
