To bring this vision to life, we're seeking a skilled E-commerce Platform Manager with proven experience in online marketplace development and operations.

As the E-commerce Platform Manager, you will take ownership of the development, launch, and ongoing optimization of Acting as the bridge between our business vision and technical execution, you'll ensure the platform's features, design, and performance align with strategic goals. Beyond managing timelines and deliverables, you'll apply your knowledge of e-commerce trends, marketplace operations, and applications to help shape a platform that grows and thrives in a competitive digital landscape.

Provide insights into marketplace structure, features, and best practices to enhance performance, usability, and monetization.

Stay informed on e-commerce and e-shop trends, technologies, and applications, applying them to strengthen platform strategy.

Anticipate risks, troubleshoot issues, and keep leadership informed of progress.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or related industries.

Strong knowledge of e-shop business trends, applications, and industry best practices.

Solid understanding of online marketplace business models (vendor onboarding, payments, logistics, user acquisition).

Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Hands-on experience with agile/scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).

Availability to work from our Sivakasi office 2–3 times per week.

Experience with European or international marketplace operations.
