Job Title: Associate Vice President / Vice President Location: Bengaluru Engagement Type: Full-time Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to lead and scale our online training academy, focusing on the Finance and BFSI sectors, as well as Remote Executive Assistant (REA) support services. The President will be responsible for the strategic, operational, academic, and commercial success of the academy. This role demands a proven leader with experience in e-learning, education technology, corporate training, and deep domain knowledge in the financial sector and the REA concept. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: ●      Define and execute the Academy’s Vision, Mission, and Long-Term Strategy to inculcate best practices and evolve in the field of online education. ●      Drive growth in students' acquisition, course offerings, and market presence of the Academy Business Development & Marketing: ●      Build and manage strategic alliances with companies in the BFSI sector, such as Banks, NBFCs, MFIs, Fintechs, etc., as well as premier educational institutions and industry bodies to collaborate on building customized learning modules/platforms. ●      Lead B2B and B2C sales channels; establish training partnerships with corporates. ●      Drive marketing initiatives and brand positioning in the online education market. Academic and Curriculum Oversight: ●      Oversee the design and development of high-quality, industry-relevant online courses and certifications in the finance/BFSI sectors and the Remote Executive Assistant concept. ●      Ensure alignment of course content with industry standards. ●      Work with subject matter experts to ensure academic rigour and learner outcomes. Operations and Technology: ●      Ensure seamless delivery of training through LMS platforms and digital tools. ●      Oversee technical infrastructure and work with product/tech teams to enhance user experience. ●      Monitor course engagement, completion rates, and learner satisfaction metrics. Team & Culture Building: ●      Lead and mentor leadership across content, technology, sales, and operations. ●      Build a performance-driven, learner-centric, and innovation-oriented culture. ●      Champion diversity, inclusion, and ethical education practices. Desired Skills: ●      Visionary leadership with an entrepreneurial mindset. ●      Strong network in the BFSI and corporate L&D space. ●      Ability to manage P&L, fundraising, and board-level reporting. ●      Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. ●      Passion for education, technology, and continuous learning. Qualification & Experience: ●      Master’s Degree in Business / Finance / Education. ●      10 to 12 years of leadership experience in EdTech, corporate training, BFSI, or related industries. ●      Proven success in scaling online learning platforms or training businesses. ●      Deep understanding of financial markets, emerging tech (AI, data science, fintech), and BFSI trends, and a strong grasp of online learning technologies, pedagogy, and instructional design.
