Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead, train, and manage a team of sales associates, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high performance.
  • Drive sales by implementing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and product presentation meet company standards.
  • Ensure store compliance with all safety and retail regulations.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and administrative functions to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, pricing strategies, and expense management.
