What motivates us is desire to grow, innovation and being customer centric.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive qualified traffic, improve keyword rankings, and boost conversions.Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits with actionable recommendations.Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and SERP analysis to identify growth opportunities.Optimize large-scale content (blogs, news articles, press releases, and case studies) for search engines and user intent.Implement structured data/schema markup, optimize crawl budget, and resolve indexation issues.Manage local SEO for directory-style websites (Yelp-like platforms), including citation management, NAP consistency, and business listings optimization.Collaborate with editorial and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and publishing workflows.Plan and execute link acquisition strategies to improve domain authority.Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn Ads) as needed for performance marketing alignment.Drive App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies for mobile apps, including keyword optimization, metadata updates, A/B testing of creatives, and tracking app rankings.Monitor website analytics and search performance via Google Analytics, GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and other SEO tools.Prepare monthly SEO performance dashboards and communicate insights to stakeholders.Collaborate with developers to ensure technical SEO requirements are implemented during website or app development.Prefered Skills3–5 years of proven experience in SEOHands-on experience with news/media websites (content-heavy SEO, index management, canonicalization).Knowledge of directory websites (local SEO, structured listings, reviews optimization) is a strong plus.Experience in App Store Optimization (ASO) for iOS and Android apps is an advantage.Strong technical SEO skills: site architecture, Core Web Vitals, mobile-first indexing, schema markup, log file analysis.Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools: Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, GTMetrix.Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, Drupal, or equivalent.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals for SEO troubleshooting.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Willing to work in US Shifts
