Every product is envisioned and created to achieve a specific business purpose or set of business results. The Product Manager, Technical is ultimately accountable, responsible, and has ownership of internal and external products, platforms, services, experiences envisioned and created to achieve the specific business purpose or business results.What You’ll Do:Own product end to end for products or features with moderate level of complexity and scopeConduct market research, gather customer insights, and drive product vision and roadmapLead and manage product backlog for 1–4 agile/scrum teamsCollaborate across development, architecture, engineering, marketing, and stakeholder teamsTranslate strategy into detailed features, user stories, and release plansManage end-to-end technical delivery and product executionEvangelize and advocate for customer needs through every phase of product lifecycleTrack product health metrics, lead Quarterly Business Reviews, and ensure production qualityIdentify and resolve execution or operational impedimentsContribute to adoption tools, training materials, and stakeholder supportWhat You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience3+ years experience in hands-on technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large-scale company/application/product environment3+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environmentProven success in delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used toolsStrong requirements elicitation and writing skills for different audiencesExperience with Agile backlog/project management toolsExperience with successive elaboration and developing Initiatives, Features and User Stories for DevOps teamsExperience delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology roleExcellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesFluent with SQL, Tableau, and other analytical tools such as SAS, SPSSKnowledge of the full technology stack on which the assigned product runsStrong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and synthesize product use dataMust Have Skills:Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. With Experience in Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, . Product Analytics, Technical Documentation and Data Analysis.Nice To Have:Background in Software Development, Platform Engineering or Cloud Computing
