The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on Birlasoft requirements and a strong ability to source, screen, and close candidates for specialized IT roles.Key Responsibilities:*End-to-end recruitment for ERP, CRM, and niche technology roles.*Understand client requirements, particularly for Birlasoft projects, and deliver quality profiles within timelines.*Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting.*Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.*Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.*Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications:*2–10 years of experience in IT recruitment, with proven expertise in ERP, CRM, and niche technologies.*Prior experience working on Birlasoft hiring is highly preferred.*Strong sourcing skills using portals like Naukri, Linked In, and other platforms.*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.*Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Education:*Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR, IT, or related field preferred).Regards,AshokBest Infosystems Ltd.Cell No: Whats App No: Email id:
