Key Responsibilities :
Financial Record Management:
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and expenses.
Reconcile accounts and update financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Expense Management:
Track and monitor daily, monthly, and quarterly expenses.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting, providing timely insights and recommendations for cost management.
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, cost variances, and areas of improvement.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring timely and accurate completion of transactions.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage relationships with vendors and clients.
Tax & Compliance Support:
Assist in the preparation of tax returns, audits, and other regulatory filings.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
Work closely with other finance team members to streamline processes and enhance financial performance.
Support other departments with financial data, as required, to aid decision-making.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
The incumbent should be a qualified CA with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including advanced functions for data analysis.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Location : Chembur, Mumbai.
This is a full-time office-based role.
