Position: Pega TestingLocation: Pune/BangaloreDuration: Contract to HireJob Description:- CDH Testing and Quality Assurance:- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Pega AOM implementations.- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Pega CDH solutions.- Good hands-on experience working on strategy testing and campaign simulations.- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.- Clearly document what has been tested and how so this can be played back to stakeholders- Fix and track identified defects through to resolution. Conduct retests after issues are resolved- Expert in Pega application and end to end test process. Have experience of application/API testing & simulation testing- Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and provide recommendations for improvements.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing and quality assurance.- Hands-on experience with test automation tools- Coordination and Communication:- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.- Clear communicator - ability to write and communicate test scenarios as well as be able to proactively identify and fix issues- Provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and risks to project managers and other stakeholders.- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.- Participate in package reviews and coordinate with other AOM teams- Automation and Continuous Improvement:- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall quality and productivity.- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing and quality assurance, and apply them to improve testing practices.- Pega decisioning certification (Good to have, but Pega decisioning knowledge is must have)- Pega PRPC testing- SOAP UI- Postman- Dbeaver- JIRA- Confluence
