Key Responsibilities:- Develop, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.- Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies to improve ROI.- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to maximize conversions and reduce CAC.- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to deliver impactful ad creatives and landing page experiences.- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging growth channels.- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to internal teams/clients.Requirements:- 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, with strong results in lead generation & e-commerce.- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and marketing automation tools.- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.- Experience in scaling ad spends efficiently while maintaining ROI.- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.Nice-to-Haves:- Experience with funnels, CRO, and remarketing strategies.- Knowledge of email automation tools, CRM systems, and landing page builders.- Agency experience handling multiple brands will be a plus.
