Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in accounting, with strong proficiency in Tally and a solid understanding of GST regulations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage day-to-day accounting tasks, ensure compliance with GST requirements, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Operations:

  • Manage daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate data entry in Tally.
  • Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial documents.

GST Compliance:

  • Prepare GST returns accurately and on time
  • Generation of E-waybill and E-invoice
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GST regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Assist with GST audits and address any discrepancies.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  • Process invoices, manage accounts payable, and handle vendor payments.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue invoices, and ensure timely collections.

Financial Reporting:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Generate and review financial reports using Tally and Excel.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.

Internal Controls:

  • Implement and monitor internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies.
  • Assist in internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
  • Provide support to the finance team and assist with special projects as needed.

Fees collection and follow up.


Salary:

2.5L-3L per annum
