We specialize in providing financial planning, general insurance, home loans, and investment services to Australian clients. Our team supports backend and client-facing operations across a range of financial products.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Coordinator & Execution Specialist who will also act as a Personal Assistant to the Directors, ensuring seamless operations, strong follow-ups, and effective execution of business initiatives across the organisation.This role is ideal for someone who wants exposure to marketing, sales, leadership support, and strategic execution in a fast-growing environment.Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily tasks, meetings, and project activities with internal teams.- Support Directors with schedules, follow-ups, documentation, and business execution.- Assist in marketing campaigns, content coordination, and brand-building activities.- Work closely with sales teams for lead tracking, client updates, and CRM management.- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for business reviews.- Ensure timely execution of action points and strong cross-department communication.- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.What We’re Looking For- MBA in Marketing (mandatory)- Strong coordination, execution, and organisational skills- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities- Knowledge of sales/marketing concepts and digital platforms- Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and ability to multitask- Prior experience as PA/EA/Coordinator/Marketing Executive preferredExperience: 1–5 yearsWhy Join Us?- Work directly with company directors- High learning curve across marketing, sales & business operations- Opportunity to grow into leadership roles- Fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-driven environmentJob Timing:- Willingness to work in an early morning shift to align with Australian business hours (5:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST)Job Location:- VadodaraCompensation and Benefits- Salary Range: ₹30,000 to 35,000 per monthAdditional Benefits:Health Insurance + PF⛽ Petrol Allowance + Punctuality Bonus
