Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Network, Security, IT Operations) to resolve complex technical issues. Customer & Vendor Coordination Work closely with Motorola support teams for issue resolution and software enhancements. Assist customers in system configuration, provisioning, and troubleshooting. Conduct training sessions for L1 engineers and end-users on PTT system functionalities. Performance Optimization & Reporting Monitor system KPIs and recommend performance improvements. Prepare technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles. Generate and present incident reports, system health checks, and service performance metrics. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in L2 support, preferably in telecom, mission-critical communication systems, or enterprise IT solutions. Hands-on experience with Motorola PTT solutions (e.g., WAVE PTX, Dimetra TETRA, ASTRO P25, or MCPTT). Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IP networking, VoIP, LTE, and radio communication protocols. Experience with Linux-based servers, Windows servers, databases, and cloud-based PTT solutions. Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, TCPDump, etc.).
