THE POSITION:
As a Docu Sign CLM Developer at EVERSANA, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our contract management system using Docu Sign CLM. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure that our contract management processes are efficient, compliant, and scalable.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are best achieved by:
Design, develop, test, and implement custom solutions using Docu Sign CLM to meet business requirements related to contract management.
Integrate Docu Sign CLM with other systems, such as CRM, ERP, and document repositories, to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
Customize Docu Sign CLM workflows, templates, and rules to align with the company's contract management policies and procedures.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Docu Sign CLM configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Conduct testing and debugging of Docu Sign CLM solutions to ensure they meet performance, security, and usability standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, sales, and operations, to gather requirements and provide technical expertise on contract management processes.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of Docu Sign CLM solutions.
Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in contract management and Docu Sign CLM to suggest improvements and optimizations.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
3 to 8 years of experience in Docu Sign CLM development and implementation.
Proficiency in Java Script and experience with Docu Sign CLM's API and SDK.
Strong understanding of contract management processes and best practices.
Experience with system integration and data migration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to and willingness to work from 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
Knowledge of Salesforce is strongly preferred.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
