Content Creation & Production Oversee end-to-end content production: scripts, videos, photo shoots, social media content, ads, blogs, and brand assets. Manage creative direction for all design, video, and editorial projects. Create high-quality scripts, copies, and visual concepts that elevate brand presence. Review and refine all content to maintain consistency, tone, and quality. Team & Project Management Lead and mentor designers, writers, video editors, and content creators. Manage workload, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams and projects. Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and production teams when required. Brand Building Strengthen brand identity and ensure creative output is aligned with brand guidelines. Introduce new creative formats, innovative storytelling styles, and viral content opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor content, and industry best practices. The candidate must have a cultural and language proficiency of Kerala and Malayalam.
