Job Title: Digital Marketer

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of fintech and payment APIs. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and generate leads for our digital payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote PayFi’s products and services.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and email marketing to attract and retain customers.
  • Analyze website traffic and marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with product launches and company goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in the fintech space.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fintech or technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with payment APIs and digital payment solutions is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a creative mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
