Company Description

Kallone Developers LLP is a real estate firm focusing on high quality construction of buildings and apartments and individual houses currently working in 3 cities namely Jamshedpur( Tata Nagar), Ranchi and Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

It is a company started in april 2023 and since then has proved its mettle across Jamshedpur by successfully completing 2 projects of approximately 16 flats each in the prime locations and selling off all the flats within 1 month of launching the project. The company oversees 2 ongoing sites of construction of 16 flats and 1 of an individual house of a private client currently, hereby aiming to expand all across the country in mostly Tier-2 and tier-3 cities.


Another vertical of the company is Kallone interio which deals with special themed interior designs for residential and commercial spaces all across the country at affordable prices.


Our vision is to provide luxury to our clients at the least possible costs and best ergonomics and aesthetics.




Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual having the knack of meeting and understanding new people across the county and acquire the best talents for our company to help it capture the markets in various other cities of growing India and thereby making our company a daily lifestyle brand.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Kallone Developers located in Jamshedpur. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals to meet the company's staffing needs. You will also collaborate with hiring managers, conduct interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment or human resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
