Business Development Executive

Qualifications:

  • Minimum requirement: graduation. Postgraduates are most welcome.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field.


Responsibility:

1. Incubation Program Management

  • Design and implement incubation programs tailored to the needs of startups.
  • Manage the selection process of startups, including applications, evaluations and onboarding.
  • Regularly engage with incubated startups, providing mentorship and support to ensure progress.


2. Mentorship & Networking

  • Facilitate networking opportunities between startups, investors, industry leaders and potential customers.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions with relevant experts.


3. Funding & Investment Support

  • Assist startups in securing funding through grants, seed funds and Investor networks.
  • Connect startups with venture capitalists, angel investors and financial institutions.


4. Ecosystem Development

  • Build partnerships with corporations, academic institutions and government bodies to enrich the incubation ecosystem.
  • Foster collaborations with external stakeholders to bring in resources and opportunities for startups.
  • Organize community events such as hackathons, innovation fairs, and industry meetups.


5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track the progress of incubated startups and analyze their performance metrics.
  • Prepare detailed reports on the outcomes of the incubation program, including success stories and impact assessments.
  • Collect feedback from startups to improve the quality of support provided.


6. Marketing & Outreach

  • Promote the incubation center's activities and achievements through social media, newsletters and other communication channels.
  • Develop outreach strategies to attract high-potential startups to the incubation program.
  • Represent the incubation center at events, conferences and startup expos.


7. Administrative Duties

  • Maintain documentation of incubation activities, agreements and progress records.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to incubation activities.
  • Manage budgets and financial aspects of the incubation center.
