UKG - TLM ConsultantAbout the Role:Seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to implement UKG Ready, time & labor management (TLM) offering. As a Sr Solution Consultant, you will be part of a growing dynamic team responsible for the high-quality, complete implementation of our core HRMS product. Qualified candidates are self-starters with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills who are highly motivated to provideexcellent customer service. Candidates will also possess a general knowledge of TLM concepts and regulations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, exciting environment.Duties and Responsibilities:Leveraging your knowledge and experience to consult on best practices and assist clients in designing and building a solution that meets their needsWorking cross-functionally and amongst a team on new customer implementationsActing as the subject matter expert for clients on the Ready productStaying up to date on the latest product features and functionalityDriving consistency into Ready delivery practices by leveraging your implementation experience to define processes and best practices for the services organizationUsing common excel functions, such as VLOOKUP, to format data files and import into UKG ReadyProactively communicate with customers and UKG Project Team members to keep them apprised of project status, mitigating and providing solutions for process or product related issues.Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving strategies to complete tasks Completing project milestones by due dates and keep project tracking tool updated on a weekly basisCreating & build custom reports within productContributing to team objectives that may have impact on the area/groupInformally mentoring peers based on expertiseBasic Qualifications:3+ years’ experience implementing time and attendance softwareDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issuesAbility to work on 10 or more implementation projects simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Adv scheduler in UKG Ready/WFC/Pro WFM, Dayforce (Ceridian), Infor HCM (CloudSuite HCM), Oracle HCM Cloud, ADP Workforce NowBS/BA degree or equivalent experienceComfortable working in an environment in which businesses processes, tools, etc. are still being definedExcellent communication and consulting skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment
