Position : Tech Support / Lead / Website Admin Website Maintenance, Development - Wordpress / Woocommerce and Tech / GenAI Integration / Applications / WA Meta / SEO & AEO Key Technical Skills : WordPress: Strong understanding of WordPress core functionality, themes, plugins, and security best practices. PHP : Understanding PHP, the language powering WordPress, allows deeper customization. Server Management and Security - Awareness of common website security threats and best practices. Firewall, Overall Website Security Management of E-mail Server - Gmail, Rediffmail etc. Ecommerce Platforms (WooCommerce): Knowledge of popular ecommerce plugins for product management, payments, and shipping. Database Management: Basic understanding of databases used by WordPress, MySQL, Plugin development, jQuery API Integration: API Development and Integration Performance monitoring: Tracking server performance metrics like CPU usage, memory utilization, and network bandwidth to identify potential bottlenecks and optimize performance. Technical support: Troubleshooting server issues, resolving client queries related to hosting services, and providing technical guidance on website management. Backup and disaster recovery Content Management System (CMS): Technical Support to team members in CMS platforms. Technology Integration : AI tools, Analytics, Chatbot - Meta etc Hosting Management: optimal performance and resource allocation; requiring technical expertise in server administration, network management, and security protocols to maintain uptime and stability across various hosting environments. Hosting Technologies: Shared hosting, Dedicated Hosting, Cloud hosting (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP), LAAS, SAAS, PAAS, virtual private servers (VPS), dedicated servers Server provisioning: Setting up new hosting accounts, allocating server resources, and configuring server environments based on chosen hosting type. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Ability to modify website design and functionality using these core web development languages Development : Front-end development management & Back-end development management, Working with Gutenberg
