Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Coordinator with 4 to 6 years of experience. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for BIM coordination, working on architectural projects, managing Building Information Modeling (BIM), overseeing Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) aspects, Verifying BIM process, Implementation of Processes, Producing Shop Drawings and executing project management tasks.


Qualifications

  • BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
  • Experience in Architecture and Project Management
  • Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) is added advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is must
  • Experience with Facade is added advantage
  • Knowledge of ACC is must
