As we expand, we are looking for intrapreneurial talent who have the passion to drive energy transition and deliver solutions to drive sustainability at global scale.Job Summary:Newen is looking for dynamic go-getters who believe in their capability to create a positive impact and wealth for themselves.Newen Systems is looking individuals with Previous experience into Testing and Service.If you are a self-starter with a passion for marketing and sales, and you are looking for an opportunity to join a fast-growing company, we want to hear from youKey Tasks:Perform validation and testing against system specifications.Establish performance and quality criteria.Evaluate engineering systems and processes.Making sure that products meet industry standards and safety regulations.Prepare and maintain testing equipment.Investigating and fixing issues that arise during testing.Maintaining records of test results, findings, and validation reports Perform troubleshooting in PCB components.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Collaborate with team engineers and technicians on daily work.Skills:Previous experience as a Testing/Service Engineer.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively tackle engineering challenges.Knowledge of instruments like Oscilloscope, Multimeter, HV tester, Megger Meter etc.Product knowledge of DC/AC, DC/DC converter, UPS, Drives, Transformer, Breakers etc.Skill and understanding required to work 1500 Vdc and 800 Vac systems.Excellent electrical, mathematical and analytical skills.Proactive and able to work with a minimum of supervisionAbility to work collaboratively in teams, with excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly.Qualifications:Degree in Electrical or Power Electronics or EC Engineering.Experience:6-10 years of experience in Testing role in Power Electronics or similar Industry
