Our core expertise includes HR Consulting & Strategy, Recruitment & Talent Solutions, Training & Development Programs, and Vendor & Contract Staff Management.✨ What You’ll DoAssist in conducting financial statement audits for US Non-Profit entities and private clients.Perform audit procedures, testing, sampling, walkthroughs, and documentation as per US GAAS.Prepare working papers and maintain audit files on platforms like CaseWare or similar tools.Identify variances, report findings, and maintain quality and accuracy.Coordinate with US audit teams for queries, updates, and reviews.✨ What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in accounting/finance. Candidates with CA/ACCA degree will be preferred.Minimum Experience of 1 Year in audit, assurance, or US accounting .Knowledge of US GAAP/GAAS is a plus (training will be provided).Strong analytical and documentation skills.Good communication skills and ability to work in an evening shift.What You’ll GetEvening Shift: 3 PM – 11:30 PM ISTHybrid work structure for better work–life balanceCompetitive salary + clear growth opportunitiesExposure to US NPO and private-company audit workSupportive team and training-led environment
