Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Manager Human Resources role located on-site in New Delhi. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. The role will also involve coordinating with departments to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives and legal requirements.


Qualifications

  • Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resource management and coordination.
  • Experience working in oil and gas industry is a plus
  • Should be capable of coordinating and managing multiple vendors at one point of time
  • Training and Development, and HR Policy Implementation skills
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
