This is a freelance remote role for an IT Recruitment Team Lead. This is a startup company based out of USA. A great opportunity for The IT Recruitment Team Lead to become the founding members of the company and work as an partner of the company instead of employee. The role comes with a lot of freedom to work from anywhere, make your own decision for the growth of the company, no boss culture and ultimately build the team.
The IT Recruitment Team Lead will be responsible for building and leading a team of recruiters, developing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill IT staffing needs.
Qualifications
7 to 10 years of previous experience in IT recruitment and 5 years of team leadership experience.
Demonstrated ability to develop recruitment strategies and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and team members
Knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and trends to effectively source and recruit IT professionals
Knowledge of US visa types and work authorizations
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Bachelor's degree either of IT, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus
