Key Responsibilities:


  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting routing protocols like RIP, EIGRP, and OSPF.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting LAN, VLAN, or wireless-related issues.
  • Basic knowledge of working on models from Cisco, Palo-Alto.
  • Knowledge of Network Monitoring Tools i.e., SolarWinds, Logic Monitor, Cisco DNA, Cacti, Datadog.
  • Network support or Network operations/troubleshooting experience
  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge on wireless technology.



Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduates / Postgraduates from IT background.
  • Should have minimum 3 years relevant experience.


Requirements


Work Experience – 3-5 years

  • Handles escalated cases, including troubleshooting of complex problems.
  • Delivers an exceptional customer providing infrastructure support.
  • Evaluates, identifies, and replicates issues and follows an escalation process to reach desirable outcomes to ensure positive customer experience.
  • Serves as a technical resource to other functional groups and individuals to improve service quality and user experience.

  • IT industry networking certifications such as CCNA/JNCIA.
